Legal Advice Should Feel Comfortable
Most people don’t contact a lawyer because life is going to plan. They’re planning for the future, supporting a loved one, or dealing with a legal issue they never expected. It’s natural to feel uncertain, overwhelmed or unsure where to begin.
I believe getting legal advice should leave you feeling comfortable, informed and confident—not intimidated.
That’s why I established my own practice in 2010. I wanted to create a different experience—one where people feel comfortable from the very first conversation. A place where they can ask questions without hesitation, take the time they need to make decisions, and know they’re being listened to.
As a mobile lawyer, I come to you. Whether we meet in your home, hospital or residential aged care facility, being in a familiar environment often makes it easier to talk openly about the things that matter most. It allows us to have honest conversations without the pressure or formality that many people associate with visiting a law office.
With more than 20 years of legal experience, I provide practical legal advice in plain English and take the time to understand your individual circumstances. My focus isn’t simply on preparing legal documents—it’s on ensuring you feel supported, respected and comfortable throughout the entire process.
To me, good legal advice is about more than knowing the law. It’s about building trust, communicating clearly and creating an experience where you feel comfortable every step of the way.
Because when you feel comfortable, you ask more questions, make better decisions and leave with confidence about what comes next.

About Lisa Schutz
Lisa Schutz LLB LP
Bachelor of Laws and Legal Practice.
Member: Law Society of South Australia.
I grew up in regional South Australia and spent my early years in Pinnaroo. From the time I was in Year 5, I knew I wanted to become a lawyer because I wanted to help people.
That motivation has never changed. I believe everyone deserves access to quality legal advice that is practical, understandable and accessible. Whether someone is planning for the future or facing a difficult legal issue, they should feel supported and confident in the advice they receive.
After completing my Bachelor of Laws and Legal Practice at Flinders University, I volunteered with community legal organisations before beginning my career at a Community Legal Centre in regional South Australia. I later worked with the Legal Services Commission, including as a Duty Solicitor, where I developed strong advocacy skills and gained extensive experience assisting people through challenging and often stressful situations.
In 2010, I established my own legal practice with a simple vision—to provide personalised legal services built on trust, communication and genuine client care. Since then, I have had the privilege of helping individuals, families and business owners navigate a wide range of legal matters, with a particular focus on Wills, Estate Planning, Probate and Estate Administration.
I became a lawyer to help people, and that remains at the heart of everything I do. Whether I am visiting a client in their home, meeting with someone in hospital or residential aged care, or helping a family plan for the future, my goal is always the same—to provide clear, practical legal advice with compassion, professionalism and respect.
I believe that good legal advice is about more than preparing documents or solving legal problems. It is about listening, understanding what matters most to you, and ensuring you feel informed, supported and confident every step of the way.
