My approach is straightforward:

Clear, honest communication

Practical advice tailored to you

Respectful, down-to-earth service

I became a lawyer to help people.

I became a lawyer to help people.
Legal issues often arise during life’s most stressful times — being charged with an offence, planning for the future, or dealing with the death of a loved one. My goal is to guide you through these challenges with clarity, compassion, and practical support.

From the start of my career, I’ve been committed to access to justice — volunteering and working in community legal roles that made a real difference in people’s lives.

When I founded my mobile legal practice in 2010, I wanted to continue that mission:

By meeting clients where they’re most comfortable — in their own homes

By offering clear, straightforward legal advice

And by working one-on-one to truly understand each person’s situation

I take pride in being approachable, plain-speaking, and dependable. My clients know I’m on their side — and that I’ll always go the extra mile.

I’m not just a lawyer. I’m your lawyer.
How can I help you?

About Lisa

Lisa Schutz LLB LP
Bachelor of Laws and Legal Practice.
Member: Law Society of South Australia.

I was born in regional South Australia and spent my early years in Pinnaroo.  Since I was in Year 5 at School I wanted to be a lawyer.  My initial reason was that I wanted to help people. The thought of someone being accused of something they didn’t do, and not having access to legal assistance didn’t sit well with me. Therefore having access to affordable legal representation is my core value.

I completed a Bachelor of Law and Legal Practice at Flinders University. Upon graduation I worked in various volunteers roles before working at a Community Legal Centre in regional South Australia. I then worked in various roles with the Legal Services Commission including as a Duty Solicitor. At this role I was able to further develop advocacy skills where I was required to improvise on complex challenging matters with limited information.

In 2010 I established my own practice of which I have developed into being a practice that concentrates on the relationship with clients.

My ultimate value is communication and this is is complimented with my high ethical standards.
